Mom's Meals is looking for an Entry-Level Salesforce Developer (or Intern) to help build, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support real-world business processes, providing hands-on experience and learning opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Salesforce basics (Trailhead badges count!)
- Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts (Java, C, or Apex)
- Eagerness to learn Salesforce development tools (Apex, LWC, Visualforce)
- Have completed Salesforce Admin or Developer training
- Hold a Salesforce certification (Admin or Platform Developer I)
- Have tinkered with APIs, integrations, or other cloud platforms
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions (using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows)
- Collaborate with team members to customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows
- Write and test basic Apex triggers, classes, and Lightning Web Components with mentorship
- Participate in data imports, exports, and updates using tools like Data Loader
- Support debugging, troubleshooting, and documenting system issues
- Shadow senior developers to learn Salesforce best practices (governor limits, security, testing frameworks)
- Contribute to enhancements, prototypes, and bug fixes

- College junior level or higher at time of internship
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field OR equivalent technical experience
- Minimum GPA of 2.8 or higher
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
- Clear communication and teamwork skills—you’ll be working closely with both technical and non-technical folks
