Dropbox is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support their quote-to-cash process, enabling seamless product configuration, pricing, and quoting. The goal is to design and deliver scalable CPQ solutions that align with Dropbox’s long-term growth strategy and shape a foundational platform for their commerce operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development focused on CPQ
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (or equivalent certification) required
  • Proven ability to customize Salesforce objects and platform features (configuration, triggers, Flows, Process Builder, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components)
  • Successfully led and delivered at least 3+ end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementations
  • Strong knowledge of integration techniques (Boomi, REST, SOAP APIs)
  • Solid grasp of relational database design and data modeling
  • Salesforce Developer Platform I or Admin certification

Responsibilities

  • Assist in design, develop, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements and enhance the overall quote-to-cash process
  • Customize and enhance CPQ workflows to optimize the quoting process.
  • Work closely with the ITS team to integrate CPQ systems with other business applications
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze CPQ requirements, translating them into technical solutions
  • Perform thorough testing of CPQ solutions, manage deployments, and ensure the stability of the Salesforce environment
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and release notes
  • Investigate, resolve, and prevent issues in the CPQ ecosystem, ensuring high availability and reliability

  • This role provides exposure to senior leadership, complex system design, and the opportunity to shape a foundational platform for Dropbox’s commerce operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with proven capability to manage multiple priorities and partner with product managers
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior developers
  • Experience working in large-scale, global Salesforce environments
