Blue Shield of California's Operations Portfolio team needs to define and deliver solutions that meet business objectives and improve the overall healthcare experience from membership, enrollment, and providers.
Requirements
Requires 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including full lifecycle implementation, design, coding, integration, and deployment experience in Cloud based applications
Strong technical acumen & working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration
Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Flows, Visualforce, and Omni Studio
Experience working with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming, etc.) and building robust integrations using MuleSoft or similar middleware tools
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with html, java script, Salesforce Lightning/Newport Design System, SOQL, SOSL & custom styling
Familiarity with Data Cloud concepts and ability to work with large-scale, real-time data architecture
Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines to efficiently design, develop, test, secure, deploy, maintain, and support the Platform
Responsibilities
Adopt and apply software engineering concepts and processes to software development
Provide input to designs and technical specifications
Develop user interfaces and application programs using the technical specifications and design documents provided
Test, debug and maintain code according to the technical specifications
Provide knowledge transfer to less experienced staff
Assist in creating, refining, and maintaining user stories and associated deliverables such as process flows and test cases to meet development and stakeholder needs
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Effective verbal and written communication skills including the ability to create, translate, and execute technical deliverables
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud are strongly preferred; Velocity/Omni Studio is a plus
