Patch My PC is looking to improve and elevate their CRM platform to support the next phase of their growth by building a scalable, efficient, and customer-centric Salesforce ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, etc.).
  • Expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, and custom application development.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations with third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, etc.).
  • Experience leading technical teams or projects and providing mentorship to peers.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce deployment processes (change sets, Salesforce CLI, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and development of custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and solutions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Oversee the development of Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integration with external systems.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end solution design, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring the solution meets functional, technical, and performance requirements.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflows.
  • Develop customized Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other tools within the Salesforce platform.
  • Continuously optimize and enhance the Salesforce environment, including performance tuning, maintenance and scalability.

  • Work efficiently within a fast-paced, Agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of features and bug fixes.
  • Collaborate with product owners and scrum master’s to define and prioritize tasks and user stories.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
