Modelit is looking for a Salesforce Developer (with Admin & Declarative Skills) to help clients get the most out of their Salesforce investment by configuring and customizing Salesforce, developing custom solutions, and troubleshooting issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience as both a Salesforce Administrator and Developer.
- Proven skills in Salesforce declarative tools and development.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I or higher).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and automation (Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, etc.).
- Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and API integrations.
- Perform data imports/exports, deduplication, validation, and create actionable reports and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, monitor system health, and proactively suggest improvements.
- Maintain clear documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements to improve client environments.

- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define requirements, explain solutions, and provide training.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks within deadlines.
