NeuraFlash is looking to solve the business problem of revolutionizing workflows, elevating customer experiences, and delivering tangible results for clients by leveraging AI and groundbreaking technologies like Agentforce, specifically focusing on experience design, solution design, architecture, and execution for GenAI technologies.
Requirements
- Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
- Experience with GenAI prompt writing
- Hands on experience with at least one of the following: + Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms + Einstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems
- Comfortable using flow charting tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
- Ability to lead a cross-functional team to create rich end user experiences
- Willing and able learner of new technologies
Responsibilities
- Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor
- Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert
- Bring an experience design-focused mindset to solutions
- Work with clients to build out their strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals
- Leverage Salesforce technology such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein for Service, or Service Intelligence
- Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
Other
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role
- 5+ years of CRM industry experience
- Ability to drive requirement gathering
- Ability to tie outcomes to business value (return on investment) through storytelling
- Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members
