Steampunk is looking for a Salesforce Functional Analyst to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring quality delivery and streamlining processes for federal clients.
Requirements
- Salesforce certified professional with a minimum of two years of Salesforce functional experience.
- Experience working with product owners to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce specific user stories.
- Experience delivering a Salesforce project using Agile.
- Experience leading grooming sessions, developing the product backlog, leading Sprint ceremonies, planning and conducting testing and other functional related activities.
- Salesforce declarative or programmatic development resources such as flows, validations, approvals, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and everything clicks not code.

Responsibilities
- Develop, test, document and maintain solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation using Salesforce declarative or programmatic development resources such as flows, validations, approvals, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and everything clicks not code.
- Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit tests.
- Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.
- Handle administrative functions in Salesforce applications including maintenance of user accounts, profiles, roles, security, and data access, setting up flows, sharing rules and permission sets.
- Administer standard and custom fields, map them out across integrations
- Analyze database issues and troubleshoot problems.
- Envision, develop, and deploy tools to streamline processes to gain efficiencies and improve key metrics
Other
- Salesforce certified professional with a minimum of two years of Salesforce functional experience.
- 5+ years of work experience
- Must have a BA/BS degree.
- Certified Scrum Master preferred
- Has experience leading, mentoring, and overseeing the work of junior functional resources.
