LightEdge Solutions is developing IT solutions to propel businesses forward, offering alternatives that streamline operations, improve reliability, and reduce costs. They are seeking a Salesforce Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions to enable sales and marketing teams to operate efficiently and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Approximately 3 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
  • Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment tools (e.g., sandboxes, change sets, DevOps pipelines using Gearset or similar tools).
  • Experience with or interest in Boomi or other integration platforms preferred.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance Salesforce components, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with the Platform Owner and Administrator to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions.
  • Assist with system integrations across platforms---Boomi iPaaS (experience or willingness to learn Boomi is a plus).
  • Develop and maintain Apex test classes to ensure code quality, reliability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging and deployment processes to ensure stable, reliable releases.
  • Support the ongoing improvement of CI/CD and DevOps practices within the Salesforce environment.
  • Contribute to documentation, design specifications, and release notes.
