The partner company is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Lead Developer to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, including Sales, Service, CPQ, Experience, and Marketing. The role involves leading technical delivery, mentoring team members, and ensuring adherence to best practices in architecture, coding, and integrations.
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flows.
- Hands-on experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, CPQ, with Marketing Cloud as a plus.
- Proficiency in integration patterns, API development, and working with tools such as MuleSoft or Workato.
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices: Git, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines.
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Admin; Sales/Service Cloud Consultant preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Flows.
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet evolving business requirements.
- Implement CPQ workflows, pricing rules, and product configurations.
- Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems, middleware, and third-party applications, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance optimization.
- Manage DevOps processes, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment using tools like Git, SFDX, Copado, or Jenkins.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices and team skill development.

- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead role.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to mentor teams and guide technical decisions.
