Requirements
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Service Cloud (Omni-Channel, Case Management, Knowledge Base, Live Agent).
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications preferred.
- Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to enhance customer service and automation.
- Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations.
- Experience with APIs, connectors, and middleware for integrating Salesforce with external systems.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to define strategic technical direction.
- Ensure best practices in Service Cloud development and integration.
- Oversee code quality, testing, and release management processes.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce and Service Cloud solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Salesforce and Service Cloud platforms.
