Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Salesforce configuration changes, including Flows, custom fields, page layouts, record types, and custom settings.
- Manage and maintain sandbox environments for development and testing.
- Promote and deploy code across multiple environments using established DevOps practices.
- Identify and gather business and technical requirements; translate them into best-practice, scalable Salesforce solutions focused on excellent user experience.
- Evaluate and recommend platform features; identify unused or underutilized functionality.
- Implement and advocate for security best practices in application development.
- Develop and maintain a Salesforce platform roadmap in coordination with stakeholders.

- Completion of associate core program in computer science or information systems; 42 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: assuring requirements are defined and approved, performing code reviews and ensuring application development standards are met including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology (Salesforce)
- Completion of undergraduate core program in computer science or information systems; 36 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: assuring requirements are defined and approved, performing code reviews and ensuring application development standards are met including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology (Salesforce)
- Equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above
- Ability to work on-site at the PUCO Central Office, with flex-time schedules based on operational need and require supervisor approval.
