Topgolf is seeking a Product Owner (Salesforce) to drive the evolution of our event sales technology ecosystem. This role sits within the Sales Systems team and is responsible for enhancing the Salesforce-powered sales experience through ideation, design, and collaboration with development teams.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Product Owner / Technical Product Manager* *, delivering solutions in an Agile environment.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and administration.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce core objects, workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
- Ability to collaborate with distributed development teams and manage solution delivery in a Salesforce environment.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (or higher).
- Solid understanding of integrations, database concepts, and service-oriented architectures.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the roadmap, product backlog; write clear product requirements, epics, and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Lead feature kickoffs and facilitate technical and design discussions (including APIs and integrations) ensuring each initiative is assessed for business priority maximizing impact and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of features.
- Define release plans, manage expectations, and ensure delivery aligns with business value.
- Support QA strategy and test coverage, including automation pipeline development.
- Drive and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating with business partners to ensure readiness.
- Assist in triaging, tracking, and resolving critical issues, including root cause analysis, next-phase solutions, and mapping ongoing maintenance for stability.
Other
- Partner with sales, operations, marketing, and other stakeholders to identify business requirements and opportunities for system improvements.
- Lead end-end process of documenting, building requirements for new or enhanced Salesforce features gaining alignment across stakeholders, and ensuring timeliness of deliverables cross-functionally.
- BS/MS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes, including opportunity management, quoting, pricing, and CPQ workflows.
- Willingness to work onsite 4 days/week at Topgolf’s Dallas Corporate Office* *.
