Qualitest is looking for a Salesforce QA Lead (Test Lead) to join their growing team to ensure the quality and efficiency of their Salesforce platform.
Requirements
- Salesforce expertise – Deep platform and customization knowledge
- Agile Experience - Hands-on with Scrum, sprints, and CI/CD practices
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is highly preferred.
- Test automation – Strong framework design and tool proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee development of test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Provide QA Test Estimates.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Manage team assignments and workload, escalating issues as necessary.
- Determine regression testing needs and ensure test cases are current.
- Optimize and execute test suites efficiently.
- Work with the ADT team to acquire data for test cases.
Other
- Team collaboration – Effective cross-functional communication / Must have led a team of QA engineers previously
- This role requires someone capable of Managing team assignments and mentoring other QA consultants.
- Effectively communicating upward to leadership, including the QE Lead.
- Ensure that the ADT Test Case Authoring processes are followed.
- Demo working software to stakeholders.
