OSF Digital is looking to hire a Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, leveraging AI and Agentforce to enhance sales processes and drive innovation for their clients.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities and Agentforce to enhance sales processes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development tools and environments, such as Salesforce DX and Visual Studio Code.
  • Salesforce Developer certification(s) preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Sales Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customized solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Utilize Salesforce’s AI capabilities and Agentforce to enhance sales processes and improve user experience.
  • Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components to extend Salesforce functionality.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, particularly in AI and Agentforce.

Other

  • Collaborate with Salesforce Consultants and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients and team members.
  • Document development processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
