State of Ohio is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator/Developer to troubleshoot, develop, and administer their Salesforce environment, ensuring its long-term health and scalability. This role involves establishing standards, mentoring junior staff, and improving existing processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years Salesforce admin/developer experience.
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, administration, SDLC, Agile.
- Salesforce Flow automation – Desired
- Salesforce DevOps processes & deployment – Required
- Apex, Visualforce, LWC – Required
- Salesforce incident/rescue experience – Required
- Automated testing/quality gates – Desired
Responsibilities
- Serve as Salesforce SME; troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Review existing Salesforce environment; recommend solutions.
- Establish/develop deployment and development standards (code reviews, naming conventions, security/data access best practices).
- Develop using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce technologies.
- Document development/admin processes.
- Mentor junior Salesforce developer.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices.
Other
