Requirements
- Apex Development – strong ability to implement complex business logic using advanced Apex triggers, classes, batch processes, and a deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits and their impact on design.
- Lightning Web Components – Extensive experience in designing, developing, deploying, and managing LWC components, including event handling, data binding, and seamless integration with Apex.
- Visualforce – experience in designing and developing solutions to migrate legacy Visualforce apps to LWC, with a strong grasp of both technologies.
- Salesforce Flows - In-depth understanding and implementation experience with various flow types.
- Integrations - working knowledge of various Salesforce integration options and experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
- Thorough understanding of Salesforce best practices, security models, data models, and governor limits.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a logical approach to complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle for migrating existing Visualforce pages to LWC, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices, write high-quality, maintainable code where needed, and ensure comprehensive test classes and proper documentation are in place.
- Perform system and regression testing to ensure the stability and functionality of developed solutions and efficiently troubleshoot and resolve bugs.
- Identify technical challenges and propose/implement optimal solutions to enhance system performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts and other team members to ensure smooth execution from design to implementation and deployment.
- Clearly articulate complex technical concepts to clients and C-level stakeholders, building trust and fostering strong relationships.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of IT experience
