SoFi is looking for a Salesforce Developer with software engineering experience to help shape the next generation of SoFi's customer engagement and operational tools. Salesforce is a key platform powering their Home Loans Sales teams and enhancing their ability to deliver exceptional experiences to their members.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer (Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs).
- Proficient experience as a software engineer, with experience across both frontend and backend.
- Experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js) and backend technologies.
- Proficient in Java, Kotlin or Python and experience working with RESTful APIs and building integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Service Cloud or Sales Cloud is a plus.
- Experience with cloud services like AWS is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and administer operational solutions across both custom apps and the Salesforce platform.
- Build scalable integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems.
- Develop robust, reusable components in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and front-end frameworks like React.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure high code quality and performance through code reviews, testing, and continuous delivery practices.
- Drive architectural decisions and contribute to technical strategy.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth and engineering excellence.
