Practising Law Institute (PLI) is looking for a technology professional to fill the role of Salesforce Software Engineer to support its innovative programs, publications, podcasts, and additional resources for the legal community.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of Salesforce development and integration experiences.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and common practices (code reviews, SCRUM, etc.) is required.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce, APEX, custom UI development, platform events, multi-threading, transactional consistency and integrating APIs with Salesforce is a must.
- MuleSoft Knowledge preferred.
- Prior background and knowledge of .Net, Java, JavaScript, HTML, JSON would be preferred
- Keeps up to date with market trends and other changes in technology.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new features using the Salesforce ecosystem
- Collaborate with agile team in understanding business requirements, refine user stories and create solutions
- Deliver both functional and non-functional requirements; drive and execute user stories through completion.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce and integration-related production defects
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices, and apply them to existing and future work
- Work with DevOps team to ensure the continuous delivery of software via the CI/CD process.

Other
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
