Veeam is seeking a QA Engineer to join their CRM team to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce and its integrations, addressing the need for robust testing of complex system components and business logic.
Requirements
- 4+ years of QA experience with 2+ focused on Salesforce applications
- Experience with UI and REST API testing
- Ability to determine appropriate test types and prioritize testing efforts based on risk assessment
- Ability to create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans and reports
- Experience with defect triage and management and ability to determine appropriate severity and priority
- Strong SQL/SOQL skills; comfortable querying and validating complex data sets
- Experience with testing web services (REST API), familiarity with API testing tools (Postman)
Responsibilities
- Create and execute complex test scenarios covering multiple system components
- Discover and analyze patterns in defects to identify underlying system issues
- Create test designs that address complex business logic
- Lead specialized testing strategies for integration and end-to-end testing
- Implement complex test scenarios using automation techniques and tools (Java)
- Testing features and delivering testing documentation
- Work closely with Salesforce and all levels of integrations with Salesforce

- Good testing and analytical skills
- Work both independently and in close collaboration with developers, business and systems analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing strategies
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication abilities; able to explain defects and test results to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum development process
- Strong desire and ability to work in a team
