Archer is looking to solve the business problem of advancing sustainable air mobility by building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. The Senior SAP Developer will be instrumental in delivering business objectives effectively on the SAP platform to support this mission.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA 2021 and higher.
- Proficient in ABAP, CDS, RAP, BADI, FIORI, and ODATA development.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with SDLC, SCRUM, Confluence, JIRA, CPGRC, ServiceNow, Eclipse, and BAS.
- Proven ability to engage and collaborate with business leads and outsourced managed services partners.
- SAP certification(s) in relevant areas.
- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leads and outsourced managed services partners to prioritize and deliver business objectives on the SAP platform.
- Lead the development and implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Manage and oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies, including SCRUM.
- Utilize tools such as Confluence, JIRA, CPGRC, ServiceNow, Eclipse, and BAS to support project management and development activities.
- Develop and maintain custom code using ABAP, CDS, RAP, BADI, FIORI, and ODATA within the SAP S/4HANA 2021 or higher environment.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Ensure the quality and performance of SAP solutions through rigorous testing and code reviews.
