Develop and deliver SAP reporting solutions that support business-critical external reporting needs for P&G
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development on S/4HANA.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL or other ETL languages.
- Solid understanding of relational database systems and familiarity with Big Data concepts and S/4HANA database architecture.
- Basic understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) — full training will be provided.
- Experience working in global or distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Familiarity with SAP’s latest reporting solutions.
- Deep understanding of how SAP applications are delivered across R/3 and S/4HANA environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ABAP solutions in both R/3 and S/4HANA environments (including CDS Views, AMDPs, etc.).
- Collaborate effectively within an Agile/Scrum team to design, develop, and deliver new features.
- Analyze tax-related business requirements and propose robust technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with P&G’s technical standards and security/compliance policies.
- Communicate effectively with Technical Leads, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Manage SAP Incident processes, including risk and impact assessments for OSS notes and SAP-provided solutions.
- Lead the Scrum team as the primary software engineer, delivering high-quality solutions aligned with the product backlog and clearly articulating their business value.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
