The SAP Application Developer Lead will be instrumental in analyzing, designing, coding, and testing complex business and system solutions within SAP environments.
Requirements
- 8 + years SAP ECC and S/4HANA development experience
- Extensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation
- Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of Accenture delivery methodologies and practices
- Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management
- Ability to align SAP project goals with broader business objectives, ensuring strategic alignment
- Expert-level proficiency with ABAP, OO ABAP, SAP UI5, and CDS development
Responsibilities
- Conduct translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design
- Interact with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations
- Conduct the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations
- Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
- Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
- Expert-level proficiency with ABAP, OO ABAP, SAP UI5, and CDS development
- Experience with SAP Clean Core approach
