Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration and cloud platform operations.
- 5+ years experience with SAP system installations, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
- 5+ years experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SAP cloud migration projects
- 5+ years experience in SAP system installation, configuration, upgrades, and patch management
- SAP certification in BASIS, HANA, or related modules.
- Cloud platform certification (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, PI/PO, etc.).
- Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal SAP system health.
- Administer user management, transport management, and system copies/refreshes.
- Design and implement SAP landscapes on leading cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), including migration from on-premise to cloud.
- Configure and optimize cloud infrastructure for SAP workloads, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Automate infrastructure management processes and enable self-service solutions for clients.
- Implement and maintain security controls, backup/recovery strategies, and disaster recovery plans for SAP environments.

- Ability to travel 0-80%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- 2+ years experience leading project delivery or mentoring team members
