Requirements
- 8+ years of SAP experience, with 3+ years focused on SAP BRIM (SOM, CC, CI) configuration and integration.
- Expertise configuring SAP CC charge plans, pricing catalogs, mediation, and billing convergence on S/4HANA.
- Proven experience integrating SAP BRIM with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
- Successful delivery of at least two full-cycle BRIM implementations in high-tech or software industries.
- Knowledge of Variant Configuration, SAP S/4HANA Sales & Service, and supply-chain processes with an active SAP BRIM SOM Certification.
- Familiarity with usage-rating and subscription lifecycles for SaaS / XaaS business models.
- Exposure to DevOps toolchains (Git, Jenkins, Splunk) and Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead configuration of SAP BRIM SOM, Convergent Charging, and Convergent Invoicing to support usage-based, subscription, and one-time billing.
- Design and implement integrations between BRIM, Salesforce CRM, and using API frameworks.
- Define and govern SAP CC charge plans, rate tables, and event models that scale to millions of transactions per day.
- Facilitate functional workshops with finance, revenue-operations, and GTM stakeholders; translate GTM requirements into user stories and configuration tasks.
- Provide Tier-3 production support, root-cause analysis, and continuous-improvement guidance for global subscription-billing operations.
