Capgemini is looking to implement, configure, and support SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, focusing on Process Controls (PC) and Access Controls (AC) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, strengthen internal controls, and mitigate risks related to user access and business processes.
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of total experience in SAP security and GRC-related areas.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically in SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control.
- Experience in SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM) and Process Control.
- Knowledge of SAP security concepts, roles, and authorization objects.
- Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- SAP Certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement SAP GRC Process Control solutions to meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain automated monitoring rules, control testing workflows, and approval processes.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP GRC with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems.
- Configure and implement SAP GRC Access Control modules (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM).
- Set up SAP GRC Process Control workflows, automated controls, and continuous monitoring.
- Integrate GRC solutions with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other systems
- Risk and compliance management- conduct risk assessments and identify control gaps within SAP systems.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–3 years of leadership or team management experience, including project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
