Instant Pot Brands is looking to enhance and maintain EDI messaging using SAP following standard SAP best practices to improve efficiency in exchanging EDI with customers, third-party logistics warehouses, and other partners, and to expand integrations.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP IDocs
- Expert knowledge of EDI supporting customer and 3PL transactions
- Preferred experience using IBM Sterling B2B SaaS EDI data integration services
- At least 5 years of experience supporting EDI transactions with large retailers
- Experience working with third party logistics (3PL) providers and associated EDI interfaces
Responsibilities
- Work with our SAP AMS partner, global internal team, and IBM to design and build out new EDI integrations in both US and Europe
- Development and modification of existing interfaces to meet evolving requirements and new needs
- Assist with support and troubleshooting of customer and 3PL EDI messaging issues
- Coverage for internal EDI resources while away
- Assist with improving reliability and development of monitoring tools to ensure consistent data flow
- Consult with IT personnel as necessary to diagnose and resolve system or networking issues
- Interact with our SAP AMS team for assistance with incident resolution as required
Other
- Meet with internal teams and external partners to work through requirements to support integration needs
- Attention to detail and following a consistent problem-solving methodology
- Maintain system documentation when changes are made
- Follow industry standard change processes complete with testing and validation
- Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends as needed for training and support of various shifts and global offices
