SAP is looking to improve user engagement and platform utilization on their large public online SAP Community (community.sap.com) by analyzing user data to understand trends, identify issues, and optimize content and processes.
Requirements
- Proficient in Python, preferably with experience in pandas, numpy, scipy and web scraping libraries
- Proficient in SQL
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with PowerBI or similar dashboarding software such as Tableau
- Experience with data visualization
- Familiarity with techniques such clustering, anomaly detection, etc.
Responsibilities
- Support data engineering tasks by improving SAP Community data pipelines
- Engage in data modeling, cluster analysis, AI model application, signal detection, and content summarization
- Be adept at using large data sets to find opportunities for web engagement, content and process optimization based on the analysis of multiple data sources
- Perform ad hoc analyses of Community data to understand what’s driving trends
- Communicate these insights in a way that other teams can react to what’s happening

- Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program
