SAP is looking to bridge the gap between their product and customer success by having interns assist in the presales side of Software Services sales business.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with software systems and a basic understanding of IT infrastructure.
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Co-Pilot
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including user guides, knowledge base articles, and internal process documents.
- Assist in analyzing client data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for service improvements.
- Support the development of training materials.
- Work with the team to identify and suggest improvements to our services delivery processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Other
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
