Watts is undergoing an ERP conversion journey and requires a SAP Finance Master Data Analyst to support master data requirements and maintenance, specifically focusing on customer-related master data and business partner records, while assisting in developing and implementing master data governance policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA and SAP best practices
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP, preferably S4/HANA
- Knowledge of master data elements within SAP S4/HANA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and large ERP systems, with strong technical acumen and data analysis capabilities
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Business Partner records within SAP S4/HANA including bill-to, sold-to, ship-to, carrier, and agent records
- Validate and update critical data elements required for compliance and reporting
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent master data records and adhere to strict governance related to banking data
- Support employees and Watts agents through SAP ERP migration, including developing process documentation and providing training on customer master data requirements
- Participating member of SAP team meetings related to master data
- Support data migration activities during phased rollouts and review, provide feedback, and approve data loads
- Responsible for testing requirements related to Business Partner master data

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a diplomatic approach to ensure stakeholder engagement
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills, with a commitment to confidentiality and continuous improvement
- ERP migration experience a plus
