Generac is looking for an IT Process Lead to provide solution designs that meet business requirements in compliance with their Global SAP Design Model, ensuring technology investments support strategic objectives and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Proficient in SAP ECC configuration
- Strong knowledge of Output Conditions and master data to drive business process
- Experience in SAP ECC (LE) – PTP-PPS, (WM) – PTP-WM & (MM) – PTP-MM
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic consultancy support to assigned customers in defining business processes and solutions.
- Participate in the development and documentation of business processes based on business requirements and functional designs for major initiatives ensuring an end-to-end process solution.
- Provide leadership to ensure system implementation meets defined business requirements and aligns with to-be business processes.
- Maintain awareness of SAP process strengths, supported best practices and development release schedule to assist in defining future direction
- Ensure detailed project designs maintain architectural design standards/principles related to reusable services, common technology, and strategic technical capabilities.
- Approval of functional and technical specification documents
- Lead and nurture the SAP Global Design Model. Lead and nurture continuous process improvements according to business strategies.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience implementing at least 2 large-scale or complex IT projects
- 8 years of ERP value stream experience
- 3 years of SAP ECC experience
- Exceptional written and verbal skills
- Strong process and process improvement orientation
- MS/Office Products, Third Party Sourcing and Management, Project management
- Experience being the hands-on functional lead role for new SAP implementation
- Occasional travel
