Requirements
- design and implementation SAP IS-U Billing and FICA Solution
- IS-U Print workbench
- configuring and managing SAP FICA modules and Billing Modules
- SAP ISU Integration with other Module (e.g., SAP CRM, and SAP ECC)
- Billing processes

- dunning, and collections within the utilities sector
Responsibilities
- Design and Implementation of SAP for Utilities Cust Billing and Financial Management FICA Solutions, aims to meet the specific business needs of utilities as mandated by regulatory bodies
- Configuration and Management of SAP FICA and IS-U Billing Modules which includes production support, system enhancements, and project-related tasks
- Designing various types of utility billing processes to adapt to evolving market needs, such as demand response programs and complex billing scenarios with convergent invoicing
- Enhancing the efficiency, responsiveness, and predictability of utility solutions through the utilization of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, generative AI, and data science
- Providing Expert Guidance for AES’s Business and Digital Transformation Strategy
- Contribute to optimizing financial processes, enhancing customer experiences, and driving overall success for the organization
Other

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in any occupation involving design and implementation SAP IS-U Billing and FICA Solution or a related field
- four 4 years of experience in IS-U Print workbench, configuring and managing SAP FICA modules and Billing Modules
