Radiance Technologies is seeking a scientific developer to support the development, testing, and application of machine-learning and physics-based mechanical models to the modeling and simulation of an Eschericia coli bacterium cell under the DARPA Simulating Microbial Systems (SMS) initiative.
Requirements
- Classroom-level programming experience in Python
- Basic understanding of algorithm design, data structures, and computational complexity
- Completed coursework related to calculus
- Experience applying and conducting research in molecular modeling of organic materials
- Experience with C++
- Experience with Linux operating systems
- Experience with PyTorch
