  • Solid PK/PD knowledge and prior experience with PK/PD data collection and analysis.
  • Hands on experience with modeling software (Simbiology, Phoenix WinNonlin, NONMEM, etc.) and PBPK model development.
  • Demonstrated experience in in vivo experiments with oncology disease models.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, validate and refine physiologically-based PK (PBPK), quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP), and semi-mechanistic PK/PD models to support discovery and development-phase projects.
  • Propose mechanistic in vitro and in vivo experiments to test model assumptions and structure.
  • Design, conduct, and manage in vivo and ex vivo experiments in-house or at contract research organizations (CROs), and other collaborating institutions, to support above modeling activities
