Responsibilities
- Manages integrations, resolves escalated SaaS-related issues, and optimizes service configurations for IL5/IL6 environments
- Supports the stand-up and tear-down of SaaS capabilities
- Defines data mapping, triggers, and workflows for seamless data transfer between systems
- Implements chosen integration tools
- Implements integrations into the live environment and monitoring them for ongoing performance and troubleshooting any issues
- Tests integrations to ensure data accuracy and system stability
- Ensures data flows smoothly between applications
