CellPoint Digital is revolutionizing the way businesses in the air, travel, and hospitality sectors manage their payments by transforming the payment supply chain from a cost center into a profit engine. They are seeking to establish Agile and Scrum teams to achieve this.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Scrum or SAFe in a similar position
- Good working knowledge of JIRA
- Scrum certification would be a plus
- Experience in the Payments domain - knowledge of payment processing & payment integration is not strictly required, but will be considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coaching and guiding the scrum team with implementation of scrum methodologies
- Facilitating daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospective
- Facilitating Feature and Epic refinement, breakdown and estimation
- Eliminating impediments and managing risks
- Ensuring that the team backlog is continuously groomed and that stories are well-defined before taking them into the active sprint
- Monitoring delivery and supply of dependencies and keeping all stakeholders informed
Other
- Reporting to the Scrum Master lead, this is an individual contributor role where you have the opportunity to implement scrum.
- You will lead the teams along with the product owner and team architect.
- The ideal candidate for this role would have preferably worked in an Tech or IT company previously and will have experience in coaching and implementing scrum methodologies.
