Responsibilities
- Guide teams in the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies, promoting continuous improvement in practices and outcomes.
- Organize and facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among team members.
- Act as a sounding board to the Product Owner, assisting in the development of the product roadmap and ensuring the team's work aligns with strategic goals.
- Provide support in backlog management and prioritization to maximize value delivery.
- Help remove impediments that may hinder team progress and facilitate solution-finding sessions.

- This is an unpaid, part-time internship lasting 3 months, with a review at the end of the term to discuss the possibility of extension.
