Responsibilities
- Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, such as Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retro
- Collecting and providing relevant data and metrics
- Acting as Servant Leader
- Driving team discussion & collaboration
- Coaching agile principles and the continuous improvement mindset
- Helping manage impediment removal by working closely with other teams and impacted stakeholders
- Performing user acceptance testing and performance testing
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation
- Ability to work in a collaborative culture
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a remote or telecommuting environment
- Must be 18 or older at the time of hire
