V2X is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Engineering team as a Scrum Master to support the development and integration of advanced systems, focusing on producing timely and relevant software releases to meet customer expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years related experience in a Software Development environment or other related engineering experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a Scrum environment.
- Relevant experience or familiarity with common development and infrastructure technologies such as C/C++/C-Sharp, Java, Python, networking, Linux, and Virtual Machines.
- Holds a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- Familiarity with one or more Agile techniques beyond basic Scrum, such as LeSS, Kanban, or eXtreme Programming (XP).
- Experience with DevSecOps practices.
- Familiarity with build pipelines and Automated Testing Frameworks.

- Be able to reside in the Indianapolis area to support lab testing and other team events.
- This position will require onsite work, typically a minimum of 3 days a week.
