Columbia Technology Partners is looking for a dynamic and experienced SCRUM Master to lead agile software development efforts in a fast-paced environment, ensuring alignment with project goals and customer expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a SCRUM Master supporting software development teams.
- Strong grasp of Agile/SCRUM methodologies and frameworks.
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and iterative delivery models.
- Technical background or understanding of full-stack development.
- Knowledge of SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
- Certified SCRUM Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all SCRUM ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Administer and maintain Jira boards, sprints, and issue tracking.
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress; implement process improvements.
- Assist Product Owners in backlog management and priority communication.
- Monitor and report agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint progress.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, UX designers, and business analysts to meet sprint objectives.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships.
