Requirements
- 7+ years of strong test automation experience.
- Selenium with Java and TestNG
- Rest Assured or similar frameworks
- Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for web and API layers using Selenium with Java and TestNG.
- Automate functional, regression, and smoke test cases across insurance applications (Policy, Billing, Claims, Portals).
- Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps).
- Develop data-driven and modular test scripts, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
- Perform API automation using Rest Assured or similar frameworks.
- Work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to implement shift-left testing in Agile sprints.
- Analyze automation test failures and drive root cause analysis to ensure stability.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Active participation in sprint ceremonies (planning, grooming, retrospectives).
- Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Must have experience in P&C insurance especially auto and home lines (good to have)
