Target is looking to solve the problem of providing back-office support to guests, TES service centers, external vendors and agencies, and business partners by researching, reviewing, and processing written requests in a timely and accurate manner, related to Financial Products account maintenance, collection processes, payment inquiries, and legal documents.
Requirements
- Strong technical skills
- Ability to work within multiple systems
- High proficiency with PC/Microsoft applications
- Proficiency with Fiserv preferred
Responsibilities
- Researching, reviewing, and processing written requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Providing back-office support to guests, TES service centers, external vendors and agencies, and business partners
- Converting paper checks and coupons sent weekly from stores
- Sorting and filing the Sales media from Target Stores
- Imaging the checks for long term retention and retrieval
- Ensuring proper destruction of media based on Target’s retention guidelines
- Utilizing strong time management and attention to detail to achieve performance and service level goals
Other
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of previous guest experience or customer service experience
- Ability to interact with guests, team members and internal business partners with a professional, friendly and empathetic style
- Ability to use various information sources to answer questions, identify problems and appropriately resolve guest issues
- Detail oriented and accurate, works well on a team while being self-motivated
