Rock Security needs to provide essential support to their Security Technology Team by managing access control requests, assisting with new hire orientation, and troubleshooting security hardware, while developing valuable skills in security administration.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications
Responsibilities
- managing access control requests
- troubleshooting security hardware
- creating and printing identification badges
- Handle surveillance intake and respond to call center requests in a timely manner
- Provide basic IT support for security products and troubleshoot hardware issues
- Input and maintain records using Microsoft Office and incident management systems
- Manage multiple email inboxes and properly categorize communications
Other
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including later shifts, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to commit to the role through the end of 2025 into 2026
