Requirements
- 4–8 years of SaaS sales experience (B2B, subscription-based models) with a proven track record of consistent quota achievement.
- Proven success in AI, mobile-first, or data/insights-related technology sales preferred.
- High learning agility and curiosity — able to quickly absorb complex AI concepts and translate them into client value.

- Articulate Suzy’s AI-first and mobile-first value proposition clearly and persuasively to senior buyers.
- Maintain expert-level understanding of SaaS subscription models, AI solutions, and the consumer insights ecosystem.
- Continuously learn and adapt — mastering new tools, features, and value propositions as Suzy evolves.

- Own the full sales cycle: from self-sourced pipeline generation to discovery, demo, negotiation, and close.
- Build and manage your own funnel: proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Sell to executive and C-level personas: position Suzy’s platform as a strategic asset for decision-making, insights, and innovation.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, RDS, Product, and Customer Success to deliver best-in-class client experiences.
- Consistently exceed quota through a disciplined, metrics-driven approach.
- Be a thought leader and evangelist, representing Suzy at industry events, webinars, and digital forums.
- Startup experience is required — resilient, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
- Consultative sales style focused on solving problems, not just closing deals.
- Strong communicator, storyteller, and relationship builder.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and accountable — with a history of outperforming peers and overachieving targets.
- The target base compensation for this role is $110,000 - $130,000.
