Requirements
- 7 years of software engineering experience with strong skills in Python and familiarity with React, Angular, or similar SPA technologies.
- Proven track record of building and deploying Generative AI applications (LLMs, multimodal models, prompt engineering, fine-tuning)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for scalable AI workloads.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools and pipelines.
- Experience with agentic AI systems (autonomous agents, tool-using LLMs)
- Experience working with enterprise-level system designs and implementing IT security best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced software solutions for Industrial Automation applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software development best practices.
- Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Other
- Master’s or higher degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, AI/ML or related field.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across product, research, and engineering teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.
