Honeywell is looking to achieve quality excellence by ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality products and services for two sites including Boulder City, NV and Huntsville, AL.

Requirements

  • Advanced hands-on experience in executing quality control processes and procedures
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or equivalent experience
  • Extensive knowledge of TeamCenter
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in quality control methodologies, tools, and industry best practices
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and Six Sigma principles
  • Experience with Team Center integration, Solidworks Vault activities, and Drawing revision control

Responsibilities

  • Develop and cultivate a culture of quality across all manufacturing and engineering processes.
  • Lead and coordinate the ISO certification process from initiation through to successful certification.
  • Design, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with industry standards.
  • Utilize statistical methods and Six Sigma principles to analyze quality control tests and metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and supply chain, to promote quality initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes and equipment to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop training programs for staff on quality practices and procedures, ensuring a high level of competence within the engineering and production teams.

Other

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance
  • US persons requirements: must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across departments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
