Requirements
Advanced hands-on experience in executing quality control processes and procedures
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or equivalent experience
Extensive knowledge of TeamCenter
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in quality control methodologies, tools, and industry best practices
Knowledge of statistical methods and Six Sigma principles
Experience with Team Center integration, Solidworks Vault activities, and Drawing revision control
Responsibilities
Develop and cultivate a culture of quality across all manufacturing and engineering processes.
Lead and coordinate the ISO certification process from initiation through to successful certification.
Design, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with industry standards.
Utilize statistical methods and Six Sigma principles to analyze quality control tests and metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and supply chain, to promote quality initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes and equipment to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Develop training programs for staff on quality practices and procedures, ensuring a high level of competence within the engineering and production teams.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance
US persons requirements: must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across departments
