Cetera Financial Group needs to develop advisory-pricing data solutions and analysis to enable strategic, data-driven decisions around advisory pricing that allow the company to remain competitive in the marketplace, supporting key priorities of organic and inorganic growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of expert knowledge and programing skills with automation tools and scripting, primarily with SQL, Python, Snowflake, and VBA
• Alyterx experience is a big plus
• Extensive data management, oversight and rationalization experience
• Analytics and financial modeling abilities
• Extensive Microsoft Excel experience

Responsibilities

• Gathering data from various sources, cleaning and preparing it for analysis, and ensuring data quality.
• Write complicated scripts and programs to integrate systems, automate data processing, cleaning, and analysis, allowing the Investment Solutions team to perform complex advisory data analyses.
• Lead the generation of reporting, data and analysis tools for the Investment Solutions team.
• Publish and/or present findings via reporting or other visualizations.
• Create standard operating procedures for internal processes and specifications, providing suggestions for process improvements, and updating them as needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams, identifying business problems and proposing data-driven solutions.
• Mergers and acquisition support.
