Capgemini is looking for a Senior AEM Developer to develop and enhance digital platforms that support customer engagement, policy servicing, and claims management for insurance clients, by leveraging Adobe Experience Manager and insurance business processes.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, including Sites and Assets.
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Sling, OSGi, and RESTful services.
- Experience in frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and client-side libraries.
- Familiarity with insurance processes such as customer onboarding, policy servicing, and claims workflows.
- Exposure to DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based AEM deployments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations tailored to insurance use cases.
- Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate insurance requirements into scalable AEM solutions.
- Implement responsive and accessible frontend interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Integrate AEM with backend systems such as policy administration, CRM, and analytics platforms.
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to development best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities across multiple insurance platforms.
