Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience with Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or C.
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms, including Azure AI, OpenAI API, AWS Bedrock, or Claude.
- Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Azure AI Search.
- Practical experience with RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
- Proven ability to integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, document management systems).
- Experience in rapid-prototyping environments with iterative development cycles.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using technologies such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, and vector databases.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, prompt-management frameworks, and secure API integrations.
- Collaborate with business and operational leaders to translate workflows into scalable, maintainable AI solutions.
- Ensure solutions adhere to best practices for scalability, governance, and security.
- Mentor peers, document coding standards, and contribute to the development of an AI engineering culture.
- Turn innovative concepts into functional prototypes and production-ready systems.
