Requirements
- Hands-on experience with modern AI platforms (Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
- Git, GitHub Copilot, modern IDEs
- AI model evaluation and performance monitoring
- Azure deployment and management experience, familiarity with AWS and GCP
- Database Technologies: SQLite, vector databases for RAG applications
- Advanced proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Data processing frameworks (Pandas, Spark)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions using modern frameworks and cloud platforms
- Develop AI-powered automation tools for manufacturing, translation, and business processes
- Create proof-of-concepts and MVPs to validate AI use cases before full-scale implementation
- Develop the AI technology roadmap aligned with company strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate AI into existing workflows and systems
- Present AI project outcomes and ROI to executive leadership
- Establish AI evaluation frameworks including A/B testing, drift monitoring, and performance metrics
Other
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years with B.S. or related experience, or 5 years with M.S. or 2 years with PhD
- Proven track record of delivering AI projects with measurable business impact
- Excellence in stakeholder communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management capabilities
