Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years building and scaling AI/ML or computer vision-powered products
- Proven track record of launching successful AI products in B2B or enterprise environments, with measurable customer and business impact
- Strong technical depth; experience with computer vision, generative AI models and natural language processing, anomaly detection
- Model architectures, training pipelines, dataset management and performance trade-offs
- Model deployment and inference optimization, particularly understanding how to balance compute resources, latency, and cost for production workloads
- Experience translating ambiguous customer problems into clear product requirements and technical specifications
- Knowledge of edge AI, distributed systems, or IoT architectures
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for HiveWatch's AI Operator and emerging AI product portfolio
- Deeply understand security operations workflows and pain points, and shepherd HiveWatch's AI products to not only provide force multiplication, but optimize the user experience
- Lead your development team to balance innovation with operational excellence
- Define and track KPIs to measure AI product efficacy and utilization
- Stay ahead of AI/ML trends and identify emerging technologies that could differentiate HiveWatch's offerings
- Engage directly with customers and security operators to validate product direction, gather feedback, and drive adoption
- Drive end-to-end product development using Agile methodologies, from initial concept through launch and iteration
